About the Role

The Sales Manager is responsible for leading the sales team, driving revenue growth, and expanding the company’s presence in enterprise, government, and banking sectors. This role focuses on strategic planning, key account management, and achieving business targets aligned with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Lead, coach, and manage the sales team to improve performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise customers.
  • Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
  • Oversee sales pipeline, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with Pre-Sales and technical teams to deliver solutions.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term engagement.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field (Master’s is a plus).
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in sales, preferably in IT solutions or system integration.
  • Proven experience in managing sales teams and achieving revenue targets.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise customers, especially government, banking, or large corporations.
  • Experience in sales planning, pipeline management, and forecasting.

Working Days and Hours

  • Monday to Half-Saturday: 8:00am to 12:00pm & 1:00pm to 5:00pm
  • Lunch time: 12:00pm to 1:00pm
