About the Role

The Pre-Sales Consultant supports the sales team by designing technical solutions, preparing proposals, and delivering presentations to customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze customer requirements and propose suitable solutions.
  • Prepare technical proposals and solution architecture.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
  • Support sales team during customer meetings.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal technical teams.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in pre-sales, technical consulting, or solution design.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and enterprise solutions.
  • Experience in preparing technical proposals and delivering presentations.
  • Familiarity with working with vendors and enterprise customers is an advantage.

Working Days and Hours

  • Monday to Half-Saturday: 8:00am to 12:00pm & 1:00pm to 5:00pm
  • Lunch time: 12:00pm to 1:00pm
