About the Role

The Call Center Operator handles customer inquiries, provides support, and ensures a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls and customer inquiries.
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues.
  • Record and track customer interactions.
  • Escalate issues when necessary.
  • Maintain service quality standards.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, or related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in customer service or call center roles.
  • Good communication skills in Lao and basic English.
  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and call handling systems.
  • Experience in handling customer inquiries or complaints is an advantage.

Working Days and Hours
  • Monday to Half-Saturday: 8:00am to 12:00pm & 1:00pm to 5:00pm
  • Lunch time: 12:00pm to 1:00pm
