About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls and customer inquiries.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues.
- Record and track customer interactions.
- Escalate issues when necessary.
- Maintain service quality standards.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, or related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in customer service or call center roles.
- Good communication skills in Lao and basic English.
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and call handling systems.
- Experience in handling customer inquiries or complaints is an advantage.

- Monday to Half-Saturday: 8:00am to 12:00pm & 1:00pm to 5:00pm
- Lunch time: 12:00pm to 1:00pm
