Receptionist
About the Role
The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors, customers, and callers, representing the company’s professional image and hospitality. This role manages front desk operations and provides administrative support to ensure smooth daily office activities.
- Welcome visitors/quest and greeting them with efficiency and enthusiasm.
- Answering the telephone, transfer telephone to direct person in company.
- Monitor on in and out letter (document/letter/invoice) pass to direct employees/dept/ section.
- Provide support to employees for internal contact/extension/phone number as required.
- Daily records of incoming calls and outgoing calls make notes on customer problems or customer needs and immediately inform the right person as daily basis.
- Maintain the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable.
- Maintain visitor records and ensure proper visitor registration procedures.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist with meeting arrangements.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of experience in receptionist or administrative roles are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication skills in Lao and basic English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Friendly, polite, and professional attitude.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-organized with good attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and handle responsibilities efficiently.
- Presentable appearance and customer-service oriented.
Working Days and Hours
- Monday to Half-Saturday: 8:00am to 12:00pm & 1:00pm to 5:00pm
- Lunch time: 12:00pm to 1:00pm
