About the Role

The Database Support Engineer is responsible for maintaining, monitoring, and optimizing database systems to ensure high availability and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain database systems.
• Monitor performance and troubleshoot database issues.
• Perform backup, recovery, and security management.
• Support database-related incidents and requests.
• Ensure data integrity and system reliability.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in database administration or support roles.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle, SQL Server, or MySQL.
• Experience in backup, recovery, and performance tuning.
• Familiarity with data security and monitoring tools.

Working Days and Hours

• Monday to Half-Saturday: 8:00am to 12:00pm & 1:00pm to 5:00pm
• Lunch time: 12:00pm to 1:00pm
